Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are a percentage of your total booking price, based on how far ahead you cancel:
3+ days before your tour15% of total price retained
2 day(s) before your tour50% of total price retained
The day before or on the day of your tour100% of total price retained
The fee is capped by what you've actually paid — a deposit-only booking is never charged more than the deposit.
